MakeFreeQR provides users with tools to generate static and dynamic QR codes. The free tier allows for the unlimited generation of static QR codes which do not expire and do not require user registration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate QR codes that link to:

• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Phishing sites or scams
• Illegal content or activities
• Content that violates intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to ban IPs or user accounts that abuse the platform or violate these acceptable use policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MakeFreeQR makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MakeFreeQR or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MakeFreeQR's website.

MakeFreeQR has not reviewed all of the sites linked via generated QR codes and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MakeFreeQR of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
